• MAC Address Spoofing: The manual alteration or spoofing of hardware addresses (MAC addresses) is strictly forbidden.
• Fake Source IPs: The use of fake or misleading source IP addresses is prohibited.
• Spam and Unsolicited Emails: Sending unsolicited bulk emails (spam) or using servers to relay spam is not allowed.
• Denial of Service (DoS) Attacks: Engaging in activities that disrupt or degrade the network performance for other customers, such as DoS attacks or Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, is prohibited.
• Illegal Content: Hosting, transmitting, or distributing illegal content or engaging in illegal activities, including but not limited to intellectual property violations, is strictly prohibited.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any system, data, or network resources is forbidden.
• Resource Abuse: Using server resources excessively or in a manner that could negatively impact the performance of the server or the network (such as continuous high CPU usage or large-scale data scraping) is prohibited.

2. Compliance with Laws

All customers are required to comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws, including intellectual property laws, data protection laws, and regulations concerning internet content and communications. Any violation of these laws is prohibited and may result in the termination of services.

3. Consequences of Violating the Fair Use Policy

Any customer found to be in violation of this Fair Use Policy may face the following actions:

• Temporary Suspension: A temporary suspension of the service may be applied while the issue is being investigated.
• Account Termination: In case of serious or repeated violations, the customer’s account may be permanently terminated.
• Additional Fees: Additional fees may be applied to the customer's account to cover any costs associated with correcting the violation or addressing damage caused by the breach.

4. Reporting Violations

If you suspect that someone is violating this Fair Use Policy, please contact us immediately through our support channels. We take such matters seriously and will investigate all reports promptly.

5. Changes to the Fair Use Policy
